§ 2.04.080. Law enforcement authority.

It is the duty of the city administrator and he/she has the power under the supervision and control of the city council to see that all city laws and ordinances are duly enforced, and that all franchises, permits, licenses and privileges granted by the city are faithfully performed and observed.
