§ 2.12.040. Councilmembers.

Under the California Government Code Section 36516, each member of the city council (including the mayor) shall receive compensation in the amount of one thousand six hundred dollars and eighty cents per month.

Ord. No. 1437, § 1, adopted January 13, 2009, in effect repealed the former Section 2.12.040 and § 2 enacted a new Section 2.12.040 as set out herein.
